Best authentic seafood casual restaurant in the Lakes area. Haddock, lobster, clam strips, scallops plate, spectacular. Clam strips to die for. Service was excellent. Run, don't walk to this establishment. But, get there early. People were waiting for the restaurant to open at 11 am. By noon, there was not a seat in the house. Yum....

Yummy food at a cute spot. A little off town follow the signs to this gem. Ample parking, delicious specials and just a fantastic lobster menu. Everything is delicious. The drink menu is great too. Family and pet friendly, a great spot all day and night long. Check it out!

Phenomenal place!!! 1st time as we were in the area. Sat out on the deck and we ordered a couple of drinks, had a dozen of the local raw oysters (soooo good) and we both had the lobster roll. Roll was stuffed with thick chunks of lobster and had such a fresh clean flavor. Would 100% go back (might before we leave NH)

We came by for dinner on June 20th, and I want to take a moment to recognize Lynne, the manager/hostess. She was absolutely outstanding. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I can confidently say she is one of the most professional and courteous staff members I’ve ever encountered. Despite a number of customers being rude and impatient, Lynne handled each situation with grace and composure. Her professionalism and demeanor truly stood out. If I were hiring, I would bring her onto my team in a heartbeat.

I had the scallop plate. Very good. I've had better fries. I'm not a fan of the skinny fries, but the taste was fine. The outdoor chairs are for relaxing. Comfy when sitting back relaxing, but if you're of small stature you'll need to scooch forward when eating. Great scenery, nice experience, reasonable prices, good food. Oh, and the tartar sauce was different. A very good different. Maybe there's lime in it? I don't know, but both my mom and I liked it more than the standard tartar sauce.

Been coming here with my family almost my entire life. The seafood here is incredible, cannot recommend these enough: the fish & chips, fish sandwich, herb crusted haddock, salmon, and penne vodka. Gorgeous views and great food!

As the new chef of Garwoods that has been training new staff on shucking oysters, I want to say not only were the quality of the Damariscotta and Malpeque oysters on point, Carrie shucked them perfectly - precision and speed! Annie also took great care of us and was patient with our condiment requests. I look forward to coming back and trying more menu items in the near future!

We found this place off of Google maps and went there because it had good ratings. We were not disappointed. Callie was on a server and she was so helpful and nice. The food was absolutely amazing and came out faster than we even thought they could make it. In fact, all the food that came out on the plates around us looked amazing too. Even though this place is a little off the beaten path, it was almost packed and rightfully so. We are so glad we found this cute little restaurant on the water. Great atmosphere, friendly customers and friendly staff. Wish we lived around here to make this a regular! Highly recommend!
